Well hello. I'm Tamara. I've been in the customer experience design field for longer than the customer experience design field has existed. I've worked at all sorts of ostensibly customer-oriented companies and been equally inspired and frustrated by all of them. I have terribly difficult time holding my peace when I see stuff that doesn't make sense. Naked emperors bug the hell out of me.

I waited to start a 'blog' until I could start a real site instead. Blogs are long and linear, and they are based on things that happen at a specific time. Well, silly things that companies do are timeless, so organizing my rants chronologically never made much sense to me. A wiki makes much more sense...tho I must admit I'm curious to see how this format works for this kind of content.
